Payment may be made by Cheque, Credit or Debit Cards.

We can also accept payment by Paypal.   
When an order is ready to dispatch, we will send
you a Paypal Invoice by email.  You can then pay securely.
(You do not need your own Paypal account to use this service.)

A Deposit of £10.00 per item will be requested for commission items.

Postage charges will be added as follows:

UK: order value:
                 up to  £25.00 -   £5.50                                                                       up to  £50.00 -   £6.50                                                                       over   £50.00 -   £7.50

Overseas:     Sent at cost.  We can quote for postage when you                          place your order.

In-stock items will be despatched on clearance of payment.
Most out-of-stock items will be ready within 28 days.

We also welcome orders from retail shops in the UK and overseas. A trade discount is available on dressed dolls and doll kits.

No discount on furniture.
