A Deposit of £10.00 per item will be requested for commission items.
Postage charges will be added as follows:
UK: order value up to £25.00 - £5.50 up to £50.00 - £6.50 over £50.00 - £7.50
Overseas: at cost
Glue Pots:(if ordered alone) UK (1-3pots) £2.95 (2nd Class)

DeliveryIn-stock items will be despatched on clearance of payment.Most out-of-stock items will be ready within 28 days.

Trade EnquiriesWe also welcome orders from retail shops in the UK and overseas. A trade discount is available on dressed dolls and doll kits. No discount on furniture.
Returns & RefundsIf you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, we will exchange the item, or refund payment if preferred, on receipt of the item returned to us in perfect condition.
